Spring Season Duration: March through early-June
Who: Kindergarten through 6th Graders
Regisration Opens: January, 2022

Spring Season Training
Our Spring season begins with about 6-8 weeks of 1-2 weekly indoor practices until we can transition to outdoor fields (weather permitting). Once fully outdoors, practices are usually held on two weekday evenings along with weekends where no games are scheduled.
Indoor Training Locations: Total Sports Experience (Gates) and Salmon Creek (Spencerport)
Outdoor Training Locations: Hilton Village Park and Hilton School District Fields

Spring Season Games
Our goal is to get a minimum of 4 weeks of competition with surrounding town programs.  Due to weather and field constraints, this usually means we are are starting our first games the last week of April or the first week of May.  Games are scheduled as a weekly round robin format where 2-3 town programs visit a hosting town and each play 2-3 games.  Individual teams and coaches are encouraged to schedule additional games and tournaments on their own.  This can result in a range of 8-16 games for the Spring season.
Home Game Locations: Hilton Village Park and Hilton School District Fields
Away Game Locations: Surrounding tws, mainly within Monroe County

** Since the dissolution of RALL (Rochester Area Lacrosse League), which was the scheduling body for youth lacrosse, towns now collaborate amongst themselves to decide who will host what week and the hosting town will then set the schedule that week.  This has been the format for the last few years and it is subject to change annually but usually determined prior to opening of registration.
