Fall/Winter 2018/2019 Registration Dates:

9/4 - 9/9  --> HYL Returning Players ONLY (Indoor 2017/2018 or Spring 2018

9/10 - Until full  --> New Hilton Players

Hilton Youth Lacrosse (HYL) offers teams at the Boys 5/6, 3/4 and K/2 grade levels along with the Girls program at the 5/6 ,3/4 and K-2 grade levels.  The indoor season runs from mid/late-October till Feb.

For the fall/winter session, ALL practices are held at TSE one weeknight per week for one hour. Boys 3/4 & 5/6 will aslo meet on MOST Sundays for one and a half hours at Salmon Creek. Games are held once a week at TSE on Friday nights (boys 5/6), Saturday afternoons (boys K-2 & 3/4), and Sunday mornings (girls 3/4, 5/6 & K-2).

Registration fees are as follows


  • K-2, 3/4 and 5/6 Girls     =  $185     + fundraising fee 
  • K-2 Boys                         =  $185     + fundraising fee 
  • 3/4 & 5/6 Boys                =  $275     + fundraising fee 


All registration fees have an ADDITIONAL mandatory $25 fundraiser fee.  Similar to other organizations (i.e., Hilton Jr Cadets Football, Hilton Select Basketball), if you sell the raffle tickets, you keep the money!  There is also a $25 multiple child discount which will automatically be applied during the on-line registration process. 

For any new player or returning player without the new style jersey, an additional $30 will be charged at the time of registration to acquire a jersey.  Shorts with a HYL logo will also be available at registration, but are OPTIONAL, for $25.

We ask that you register as soon as possible, once registration is open.  Due to field space and coaches, we are limited to the number of teams that we can have and the number of kids that we allow to participate on a team.  We will keep registration open for each age group, until we have enough kids to fill the teams we have available.  Anyone who tries to register after we have filled registration for a specific age/gender, will be placed on a waiting list.

Once at the website, click on the link “Register Online” to begin the registration process.  At this point it will ask you to login or create an account.  Since this is the first time we are using the website, go ahead and create your account and add ALL children to this account.  When adding each child it will ask you for pertinent information (age, grade, insurance, emergency # etc.), please add this information for each child wanting to be registered.  If you are a returning player, please review that nothing has changed (Grade level and age will be automatically incremented every year on its own.).  Once all the child information is entered, click the “register to Participate/Play” link to begin registering each child you just entered in. At this point in order for you to continue registering your children, you must have a Participation Code for early registration.  ONLY RETURNING HYL PLAYERS can use the code: ****supplied in e-mail to returning players. New players will have to wait until 9/10 to register.****.  It should let you through to the next section and allow you to add your child to the correct team.  If you are registering multiple children, there will be a $25 multiple child discount added to your order automatically as you add your 2nd,3rd,etc child.  Please verify that the totals are correct before you pay and submit.  If you have any question on registration contact us at

Preferred payment method is through the website during the registration process but we do accept checks made out to Hilton Youth Lacrosse and mailed to: Hilton Lacrosse, PO Box 276, Hilton, NY 14468.  Forms may be printed for your personal records but do not need to be mailed.
Again, payment by check is due by October 8th.

Optional boy’s equipment rental will require a $200 deposit check that will be returned to you upon return of the equipment.  Please follow the instructions as noted in the on-line registration and look for an upcoming email with Equipment Handout information.  Specific questions can be directed to:
